Medium: Oil on canvas

This luminous landscape celebrates autumn’s peak through thickly applied impasto technique, building dense canopies of crimson, scarlet, and magenta foliage that pulse with tactile energy. The artist employs layered brushwork to create a tapestry-like surface where purple-toned trees in the distance give way to vibrant orange-red specimens in the foreground, their gnarled trunks partially revealed beneath the chromatic abundance. Against a golden-cream sky, the composition achieves a harmonious balance between intense color saturation and organic form, evoking both celebration and contemplation.
